About the Role
We are looking for dedicated, driven individuals to join our team selling Individual/Family Health plans through ACA (Affordable Care Act). This role involves managing inbound calls, identifying client needs, providing quotes, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls from individuals inquiring about ACA individual and/or family health plans.
- Identify clients’ needs and match solutions to those needs.
- Provide quotes using our sales systems and carrier quoting tools.
- Provide excellent customer service to include a positive relationship between prospective members and Gallagher.
Requirements
- Must have an Active Accident/Health Insurance License in your state of residency.
- Ability to get appointed as a licensed sales agent by multiple insurance carriers or released if already appointed.
- Demonstrates proficiency with Sales systems.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
