About the Role
As Associate Director, End User Product Management, you’ll lead the strategy, evolution, and experience of the platforms our attorneys and business professionals rely on every day. This role sits alongside peer leaders in Enterprise Messaging Systems and Desktop Engineering & Practice Systems — and playing a pivotal role in defining the future of end user technology across the firm. You’ll own a high-impact portfolio that includes iManage (document management), MoFo Connect (our intranet built on Infodash and SharePoint Online), and the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Program — our firmwide initiative to measure, understand, and continuously improve how people experience technology at work. This is a role for a leader who thrives at both altitude and ground level. You’ll set product vision and roadmap, drive adoption and measurable improvements, build and mentor a high-performing team, and partner closely with stakeholders and vendors to deliver meaningful outcomes.
