Responsibilities

• Make all guests feel comfortable and attended to.
• Personalize service by knowing regular guests by name and their preferences.
• Make genuine recommendations for food and beverages.
• Take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining spaces.
• Communicate proactively with tables and anticipate guest needs.
• Exceed guest expectations by responding promptly and courteously to requests.
• Provide support as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements

• Ability to create a warm and welcoming environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Desire to work as part of a team.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
