About the Role
The Omni Associate is responsible for contributing to profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities and strategies, including Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp.com operations, and general operations.
Responsibilities
- Greets and assists customers, delivering outstanding customer service and actively promoting company products and services.
- Monitors Enterprise Fulfillment systems, picks and packs merchandise orders accurately and timely.
- Completes Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities.
- Researches jcp.com order shortages/overages and completes shipment check-in.
- Performs order binning and system reporting for jcp.com processes.
- Assists with the organization and maintenance of the jcp.com stock area.
- Processes jcp.com order deliver and return transactions.
- Replenishes store products and/or takes action to replenish products from inventory.
- Participates in the annual inventory process.
- Consistently meets established performance standards for shrink, safety, Omnichannel, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience.
- HS degree or equivalent is required.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
