About the Role

The Omni Associate is responsible for contributing to profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities and strategies, including Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp.com operations, and general operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greets and assists customers, delivering outstanding customer service and actively promoting company products and services.
  • Monitors Enterprise Fulfillment systems, picks and packs merchandise orders accurately and timely.
  • Completes Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities.
  • Researches jcp.com order shortages/overages and completes shipment check-in.
  • Performs order binning and system reporting for jcp.com processes.
  • Assists with the organization and maintenance of the jcp.com stock area.
  • Processes jcp.com order deliver and return transactions.
  • Replenishes store products and/or takes action to replenish products from inventory.
  • Participates in the annual inventory process.
  • Consistently meets established performance standards for shrink, safety, Omnichannel, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience.
  • HS degree or equivalent is required.
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
