Requirements

  • Approximately 8 or more years of experience in business development, account management, or client-facing delivery, with a strong record in the transportation and infrastructure market or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated success winning and growing work and building client relationships that generate repeat business.
  • An established network among transportation agencies, municipalities, infrastructure owners, or the contractors and partners active in the Ontario infrastructure market.
  • Experience leading pursuits and proposals, including win strategy and pricing.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including an understanding of margin, pricing, and the economics of professional-services delivery.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the presence to engage senior client decision-makers.
  • The autonomy and judgment of a senior commercial operator, and a genuine commitment to client service and team success.
  • A relevant professional designation (P.Eng. or equivalent) is an asset but not required.
