About the Role
Turning Point Action is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our national headquarters in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create eye-catching, youth-focused, high-quality graphics in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill all listed duties and any additional assigned duties.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Graphic Design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, & Illustrator).
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple simultaneous projects.
- Punctual and highly responsive.
- Knowledge of Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets).
- Passion for conservative ideas and principles.
- Positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic and goal-oriented.
- Self-starter and self-motivated.
- Innovative nature and desire to try new things and learn.
- Understanding of different design criteria (print bleeds, large format printing, dimensions, etc.).
