About the Role
The product team is launching new trades, features, and fixes constantly. This role ensures that what ships is fixed, launched, and communicated effectively to customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day status of tickets, ensuring accuracy and timely progress.
- Independently verify bug fixes before tickets are closed or communicated.
- Write and send clear, specific launch communications for every release to customers and internal teams.
- Build and manage a standard launch checklist to ensure marketing and CS are informed before releases.
- Coordinate directly with Platform engineers on active projects.
- Flag risks and slippage early in the product development cycle.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer-reported issues that are disputed by engineering.
Requirements
- 2–5 years in a role combining technical coordination with customer-facing communication (e.g., Implementation, CS Ops, QA, release coordination).
- Fluent in Linear or Jira.
- Ability to write technical updates for engineers and plain language updates for customers.
- Comfortable pushing back on engineering claims constructively.
- Enjoys verification and follow-through.
- Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.
