About the Role
As an Enablement Manager (m/f/d), you will build our training program from the ground up, developing structures for individual and group training, regularly visiting our property management companies across Germany, and becoming the expert on the Buena App.
Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in our property management and real estate app.
- Conduct software training for the teams of our property management companies throughout Germany on the Buena App.
- Identify and address areas where employees struggle with the app.
- Establish and visualize employee-level KPIs to demonstrate app usage proficiency.
Requirements
- Fluent in German.
- Professional experience in the real estate industry.
- Preference for in-office work over remote work.
- Structured and reliable work approach.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Sheets and common LLM tools.
