About the Role
As a Software Trainer (m/f/d), you will build our training program from scratch, developing structures for individual and group training sessions. You will be on-site at our property management companies across Germany, becoming the expert on the Buena App.
Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in our property management and real estate app.
- Conduct software training for property management teams nationwide on the Buena App.
- Identify and address user challenges with the app.
- Establish and track employee-level KPIs to measure app adoption and usage.
Requirements
- Fluent in German.
- Professional experience in the real estate industry.
- Preference for in-office work over remote work.
- Structured and reliable work approach.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Sheets and common LLM tools.
