  • Review data with researchers and vendors, identifying and rectifying quality issues.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of new data domains as required and quickly assess data quality standards.
  • Develop guidelines, processes, and tools to streamline recurring tasks and enhance scalability.
  • Automate repetitive tasks where appropriate, while retaining human judgment for critical work.
  • Collaborate with legal and other teams on vendor relationship management and adherence to communication protocols.
  • Oversee multiple projects, aligning with research and model timelines, and adapt to shifting priorities.

Requirements

  • Experience managing operational, data, product, program, or vendor work from inception to completion.
  • Experience working with data vendors, preferably in AI or technology sectors.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
  • Comfortable collaborating directly with researchers or technical teams and converting vague requirements into concrete actions.
  • Good judgment regarding data quality and a commitment to thorough inspection.
  • Effective communication skills across diverse teams, vendors, and cultures.
