About the Role
RB Holdings is seeking an Assistant Reception Manager to join the team at 5 Hertford Street. This role involves supporting the Reception Manager in daily operations and leading the reception team to maintain exceptional service standards.
Responsibilities
- Support the Reception Manager in the day-to-day operation of the reception department.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the reception team to maintain exceptional service standards.
- Welcome members and their guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Deliver courteous, efficient, and attentive service at all times, ensuring the highest standards of member experience.
- Answer telephone calls, manage bookings, and respond to general enquiries promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a similar position is essential within a luxury boutique hotel, restaurant or private members club.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a front-of-house team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
- Ability to demonstrate and instil exceptional customer service standards.
