About the Role

RB Holdings is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join the team at Nico's, a part of their growing hospitality group known for distinctive private members' clubs and food businesses in London and New York.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards across all aspects of food preparation and presentation.
• Work with the freshest seasonal ingredients to create culinary excellence.
• Play a key part in a collaborative and focused team.

Requirements

• Passionate chefs with a love of authentic Italian cuisine who take pride in making each dish a culinary experience.
• Chefs keen to contribute to a positive and productive working environment ensuring all food offering are consistent.

• 4 day working week
• 7 shifts a week on a rota basis

Salary/Compensations

• Up to £37,000 per annum plus discretionary monthly service charge.
