About the Role
The Regional Visual Merchandiser- Midwest is responsible for elevating the HUGO BOSS brand presentation across the Midwest Region of directly operated stores, shops-in-shop, outlets, and selected wholesale accounts. This role ensures that all points of sale consistently reflect our global visual standards, drive commercial results, and deliver a premium customer experience through impactful storytelling and product presentation.
Responsibilities
- Routinely travel to directly operated stores (e.g., IL, MI, MN, OH, WI, IN, MO and surrounding states), shops and outlet within the Midwest, continuously maintaining the HUGO BOSS global standards in all points of sale.
- Communicate HUGO BOSS visual standards clearly and consistently to store, shop and outlet teams.
- Develop, train and coach sales and stock teams on VM execution, styling, product placement and maintenance.
- Provide ongoing feedback and best practices to ensure a strong VM culture in the territory.
- Execute full merchandising updates and display changes in directly operated stores, shops and wholesale accounts.
- Adapt global guidelines to local store layouts and business priorities while maintaining brand consistency.
- Optimize product placement to support sell-through, launches and key commercial focuses.
- Lead seasonal visual display campaigns and window installations across all stores in the territory.
- Perform monthly mannequin look changes in all store windows, ensuring strong attention to detail in styling, composition and storytelling.
- Regularly review windows to ensure they are commercially relevant and aligned with current collections and key looks.
- Create monthly monitoring reports for all POS, including façade overviews and in-store merchandising.
- Evaluate and summarize product data, trends and VM performance indicators to support business decisions using company reporting.
- Partner closely with local retail management, including Regional Managers, Store Managers, Selling and Stock Associates, to drive best-in-class execution.
- Use VM strategies to support strong sales results, emphasizing key categories, hero products and local market opportunities.
- Ensure alignment with the overarching brand VM strategy while addressing store-specific needs.
- Assist the Visual Manager with ongoing regional and national projects, including press days, seminars, market appointments, new shop installations, new store openings, special in-store events and celebrity events.
- Maintain awareness of store VM product inventories, props, signage and fixture components.
- Monitor the condition and availability of VM tools, mannequins, fixtures and POS materials.
Requirements
- Ability to manage, oversee and follow through on projects
- Ability to travel independently (75% travel)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Available to work flexible hours, as needed, including early mornings, over-nights, evenings and weekends
- Able to travel using various forms of transportation such as: airplanes, trains and buses
- Possess a driver’s license and have the ability to drive to store locations
- Able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Comfortable with heights and climbing ladders.
- Able to safely lift boxes up to 40 pounds.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Must be able to work independently and as a team player
- Must live in close proximity to the home store in Chicago.

Salary/Compensations
- $75,000 - $80,000
