About the Role

Delivery Coordinators have a passion for helping customers, calling them to confirm delivery details and ensuring account information is accurate. This role requires strong communication between various departments to ensure seamless product delivery and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm customer deliveries.
• Coordinate and communicate with delivery drive teams.
• Resolve customer service delivery issues.
• Communicate delivery concerns with the customer delivery manager.
• Act as a liaison between customers and delivery drive teams.
• Perform additional functions as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Excellent phone etiquette, interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in PC-based applications.
• Customer service skills including listening, attention to detail, and professional verbal and written skills.
• Prior call center experience and dispatcher experience is preferable, but not necessary.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
