About the Role

Performs general and preventative maintenance for all Bank buildings.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance and repairs including assisting with outsourcing engineering, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and repairs/renovations, adjustments to HVAC systems, data center, generator, and assembling equipment.
• Performs other maintenance duties including replacing light bulbs, snow removal, plowing, shoveling of sidewalks, landscaping, fall and spring cleanup, weeding, mulching, lawn mowing, window washing, sidewalk sweeping, cleaning vents, and power washing.
• Assists in daily opening procedures, removes rubbish for pick-up, and checks window and door locks at closing to ensure building security.
• Operates Bank vehicles to transport supplies and oversees vehicle upkeep and routine maintenance.
• Ensures compliance with all banking laws, rules, regulations, and prescribed policies/practices/procedures necessary to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards.

Requirements

• Experience in skilled trades helpful, not required.
• Knowledge of commonly used hand and power tools.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be capable of driving bank-owned vehicles.

Skills

• Physical strength and dexterity for moving of heavy equipment and supplies.
• Computer skills including Excel and Word.
• Flexibility in duties as assigned.
• Vender Management.
• Project Management.
