About the Role
Pritchard Industries is seeking an experienced Floor Care Technician to ensure all floor surfaces remain clean, safe, and visually appealing, while supporting infection-control standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate floor-care equipment, including high-speed buffers (20" & 27"), side-by-side scrubbers, walk-behind auto scrubbers, and carpet extraction machines.
- Perform floor stripping, waxing, sealing, buffing, and related preparation processes.
- Complete tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to maintain overall floor cleanliness.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working order.
- Work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekend shifts.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with floor-care equipment and floor-maintenance procedures.
- Strong understanding of stripping and waxing processes.
- Hardworking, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
