About the Role
The Production Operations Coordinator will serve as the organizational backbone of CAMP’s Production department, owning systems, project calendars, and communication workflows to enable the Director of Production to manage multiple simultaneous projects effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Monday.com architecture, including project trackers, portfolio dashboards, automations, and board syncs.
- Maintain the master principal calendar for all shows and projects, tracking key dates and recurring touchpoints.
- Build, maintain, and version-control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), show operations manuals, and documentation templates.
- Establish and govern Google Drive folder hierarchy, naming conventions, and file management for all projects.
- Track project budgets and vendor payment workflows in partnership with the Director.
- Oversee operational support for diverse initiatives such as show flips, new store openings, brand partnerships, in-store activations, programming, and store operations.
- Collaborate with creative and fabrication partners to ensure timeline accuracy.
- Monitor deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines across all project phases.
- Facilitate weekly internal production meetings by preparing agendas, documenting notes, and driving follow-up items.
- Identify and flag project bottlenecks to mitigate risks and proactively chase open action items.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for real-time project status and reporting within the department.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project or production operations within experiential marketing, live entertainment, events, or brand activations.
- Advanced proficiency in Monday.com or equivalent project management software, including custom board design, automations, and dashboard creation.
- Demonstrated capability in operational systems design, including creating repeatable processes for cross-functional teams.
- Strong written communication skills with experience writing clear, user-friendly SOPs.
- Ability to travel as needed for on-site production, project walkthroughs, and venue coordination.
- Candidates based within approximately 60 miles of a CAMP NYC location are preferred.
