Responsibilities
- Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs
- Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients’ motion and mobility
- Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
- Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
- Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally
- Promote clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
- Consult and practice with other health professionals
- Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress
- Document patient care services
Requirements
- Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy
- Valid license to practice physical therapy
- Intensive education and clinical expertise
- Current knowledge of treatment practices
- Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
- Professional behavior
- Drive to continually learn and grow
Skills
- Proven work experience as a physical therapist
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills

- Our staff ranges from clinicians with 20+ years of experience to new graduates, and we offer the following credentials for mentorship and clinical growth: 3 Board Certified Orthopedic Specialists, 1 Board Certified Neurologic Specialist, 1 Board Certified Sports Specialist, 1 Manual Therapy Certified Specialist, 2 Certified Strength and Condition Specialists. Also TPI certified PTs, internal pelvic floor assessment and treatment, TMJ specialists, and a Licensed Massage Therapist.
- Assistance provided to help earn specialization (OCS, SCS, NCS, etc) both financially and in mentorship. One on one mentorship is available to those interested. Opportunities to mentor students regularly.
