About the Role
Witco is seeking a highly delivery-oriented Product Manager with strong operational skills to join their Product team and play a key role in executing the product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Drive the delivery of features from discovery to launch, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Manage daily product operations including backlog, sprint tracking, risk management, and decision-making.
- Proactively gather needs from internal teams and clients.
- Unite technical and cross-functional teams around a clear product vision and engage stakeholders.
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development.
- Lead a development team in an Agile environment and coordinate interactions with other product teams.
- Resolve complex issues with pragmatic solutions, even outside their direct scope, to drive progress.
- Reprioritize the backlog during sprints when critical needs arise, maintaining execution focus.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience with a strong focus on delivery and operations.
- Previous experience in WorkTech/SaaS is highly valued.
- Ability to naturally unite technical and cross-functional teams around a clear product vision, engaging without imposing.
- Proactive communication skills, keeping all stakeholders informed without needing to actively seek information.
- Ability to pragmatically resolve issues and drive projects forward, regardless of difficulty.
- Adaptable to change, capable of quickly reprioritizing during sprints for critical needs without losing efficiency.
- C1-C2 level English (spoken and written) and fluent French are essential.
