About the Role
Join Maine Course Hospitality Group to create an exceptional morning experience by preparing and serving breakfast, maintaining a clean and welcoming area, and delivering excellent guest service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide outstanding hospitality and customer service
- Prepare and serve breakfast items including coffee, muffins, bagels, cereals, and fruit
- Maintain buffet and breakfast areas; clean spills, wipe tables, and stock supplies
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Empty trash and maintain kitchen and guest areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition
- Assist co-workers and collaborate with other hotel departments as needed
- Provide guests with information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Respond professionally to guest requests or complaints
- Represent MCHG positively in the community
Requirements
- Friendly, service-oriented, and dependable
- Ability to follow safety, cleanliness, and food handling standards
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks
- Able to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
