About the Role
The Area Manager will manage assigned buildings and the hourly workers assigned to each building, ensuring managed services are provided in a proper and cost-effective manner.
Responsibilities
- Work scheduling of all personnel
- Establishing work standards
- Conducting site evaluations and audits
- Overall inventory/equipment usage
- Overtime control
- Employee performance appraisals
- Troubleshooting/problem solving
- Orientation and training of custodians and support personnel
- Customer relations
- Special project work as requested
