About the Role
The Media Futures Group (MFG) is a dedicated media team for Google, comprising digital, offline, and integrated media experts focused on enhancing media's contribution to Google's business. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Support the wider team in delivering an exceptional client experience during every agency interaction.
- Ensure the team feels invested in, engaged with, cared for, and motivated to deliver their best work.
- Provide timely and actionable feedback to the team to aid in their development.
- Interrogate campaign work and client deliverables to ensure they exceed expectations.
- Maintain up-to-date campaign project plans using WPPMedia tools and technology.
- Maintain oversight of campaign and project status for internal huddles and client status meetings.
- Manage documentation and content within the best practice structure and conventions.
- Ensure deliverables and assets are managed and shared with relevant people.
- Support the lifecycle of campaigns, from brief interrogation to reporting, ensuring high standards.
- Leverage key internal and external stakeholder relationships to improve the campaign delivery process.
- Champion the use of automation and AI tools to find efficiencies in processes and deliverables.
- Lead by example, motivating and coaching juniors on the wider team.
- Foster an environment of transparency and open communication.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain a working-level understanding of Google Ads and the competitor landscape.
- Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines.
- Proven track record in managing client expectations.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think outside of the box for creative solutions.
- Approach every situation with a solution-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and responsive.
- Deadline-driven with strong quantitative reasoning skills.
- Individuals must have the right to work in the UK.
