About the Role
As a Trainee Cloud (m/w/d), you will be part of a unique trainee community for four months, completing certifications through a hybrid learning model and fostering a sense of togetherness with colleagues beyond the traineeship. You will transfer knowledge from your studies, build deep expertise in Cloud and Cloud Cost Management/FinOps, learn about Cloud Hyperscalers and related technologies from coaches, and complete your first certifications. After nine weeks, you will be ready to support clients in identifying and preventing potential risks in their first Cloud project, contributing to projects both technically and operationally, and collaborating with colleagues from our global development network. You will also create client presentations and proposals with your team, actively contributing your own ideas.
Responsibilities
- Transfer knowledge from studies and build deep expertise in Cloud and Cloud Cost Management/FinOps.
- Learn about Cloud Hyperscalers and related technologies with the help of coaches.
- Complete first Cloud certifications with support.
- Support clients in identifying and preventing potential risks in Cloud projects.
- Assist projects technically and operationally, from strategy and analysis to planning, conception, and implementation.
- Work closely with colleagues from the global development network on projects.
- Create client presentations and proposals with the team, actively contributing ideas.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies with a technical, scientific, or business administration focus, or equivalent.
- Ideally, initial experience through internships or working student positions in the Cloud environment.
- Technology affinity, strong team orientation, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- High motivation for personal and professional development.
- Engagement, personal responsibility, and an agile working style.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
