About the Role
This role involves being the primary contact for planned and reactive maintenance of shutters and automatic gates within a portfolio of retail outlets. You will perform servicing and repairs, diagnose faults, and ensure work is completed to a high standard while representing the company professionally.
Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing and repairs of shutters and automatic gates safely and to an agreed standard.
- Achieve first-time fix to the required Service Level.
- Effectively diagnose and identify faults and failures with equipment and systems.
- Provide effective solutions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Sponsor and complete S&G surveys and technical reports.
- Ensure appropriate audits and checks are carried out in line with standards.
- Represent the company professionally, complying with dress code.
- Maintain the company vehicle in good condition.
- Be on call for emergencies and business-critical works.
Requirements
- Experience gained within Facilities Management or Retail.
- Ability to travel around various sites in and around North London.
- Enjoy working autonomously in a pressurised environment.
- Ability to prioritise a complex and demanding workload.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Customer service driven.
- Significant experience ideally gained in a retail environment.
- Full UK driving licence.
- 17th or 18th Edition AMD3.
- CSCS Cards.
- IPAF & PASMA.
