About the Role

This role involves being the primary contact for planned and reactive maintenance of shutters and automatic gates within a portfolio of retail outlets. You will perform servicing and repairs, diagnose faults, and ensure work is completed to a high standard while representing the company professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out servicing and repairs of shutters and automatic gates safely and to an agreed standard.
  • Achieve first-time fix to the required Service Level.
  • Effectively diagnose and identify faults and failures with equipment and systems.
  • Provide effective solutions and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Sponsor and complete S&G surveys and technical reports.
  • Ensure appropriate audits and checks are carried out in line with standards.
  • Represent the company professionally, complying with dress code.
  • Maintain the company vehicle in good condition.
  • Be on call for emergencies and business-critical works.

Requirements

  • Experience gained within Facilities Management or Retail.
  • Ability to travel around various sites in and around North London.
  • Enjoy working autonomously in a pressurised environment.
  • Ability to prioritise a complex and demanding workload.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Customer service driven.
  • Significant experience ideally gained in a retail environment.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • 17th or 18th Edition AMD3.
  • CSCS Cards.
  • IPAF & PASMA.
