About the Role
The Events Lead will assist in the management of events and support facility operations. This role provides direction for team member training and development during events, working collaboratively with external event owners, the Bryant Park Event Team, and other leaders to ensure successful event execution.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the interior maintenance of two private event spaces, including daily inspections and cleaning before and after events.
- Assist in developing, maintaining, and reporting on overall event calendar activities to leadership, team members, clients, and SFC.
- Serve as the on-site contact for events, assisting in establishing effective communications with event owners pre, during, and post events.
- Assist in oversight with administration and organization of events, requiring a high level of detail.
- Liaise with the Bryant Park Event Team and communicate for event planning, setup, and operations.
- During non-event days, work with the Operations Supervisor to oversee event management, ensuring preparedness for the next event through task assignment and execution of the facility team's daily tasks.
- Assist in coordinating and invoicing rentals for party guests.
- In coordination with the Bryant Park Event Team, schedule and supervise team members for each event.
- Analyze event performance and prepare metrics presentations.
- Serve as MOD as needed.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.

- Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays.

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds waist high.
- May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time in various conditions, indoors and outdoors.
