About the Role

As our Founder Associate, you will work directly with the founders and Chief of Staff to shape and execute initiatives driving company growth. You will gain ownership of business functions, with broad exposure across the company, from strategy to execution. You will pick up ownership across Growth, Sales & Enablement, Marketing & Community, and People Ops based on company needs and your strengths, focusing on areas of highest impact. Everything we do is AI-first, allowing you to spend less time on manual tasks and more time building systems that automate them.

Responsibilities

Own the inbound pipeline end to end, including qualification, enrichment, scoring, and routing.
Identify and remove manual steps in the pipeline process, such as improving scoring, routing, and automation.
Build pipeline reporting for founders and the sales team.
Test new channels, including data sources, outbound strategies, and paid experiments.
Own tracking and attribution to understand pipeline sources.
Automate call preparation for the sales team with short briefings.
Own the creation of decks, case studies, battle cards, and demo assets.
Manage Proof of Concepts (POCs) by tracking milestones, follow-ups, and next steps.
Transform closed deals into reference stories and case studies.
Automate recurring workflows by picking the most impactful one each month.
Build agents and automations across the HRIS, CRM, Notion, and Slack stack.
Own the internal tooling landscape, including selection, integration, and maintenance.
Prototype solutions quickly, aiming for a working script within a week.
Ship tools that are used daily by the entire company.
Own the end-to-end onboarding process, from contract signing to the first week.
Redesign and implement one clunky people process per month.
Ensure the HRIS is the single source of truth through automation.
Manage the operational aspects of hiring, including scheduling, candidate communication, and interview logistics.

Requirements

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
1-2 years of experience in consulting, venture capital, start-ups, or similar roles.
An AI-first approach to work, including trying new tools and understanding their time-saving potential.
High agency and the ability to ship a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) quickly and iterate.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on execution.
Structured and reliable work ethic, ensuring owned tasks are completed.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience working in or with early-stage startups.
Proven ability to build automations, agents, or internal tools that are adopted by users.
Background in machine learning, data science, or related technical fields.
Familiarity with open source, foundation models, or data science ecosystems.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects or initiatives.
Interest or experience in sales enablement, content creation, or community building.
