About the Role

This role is for Full-Stack Developers across product and platform teams, responsible for shipping features end-to-end, partnering with Product Managers and Designers, and owning the long-term health of system areas. Developers will work with a core stack of TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MySQL, with potential use of C# or Python. The role involves code review, mentoring, improving tooling and testing practices, and participating in an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

Ship features end to end, from planning through production.
Partner directly with Product Managers and Designers to shape your team's roadmap.
Own a feature area or system's long-term health: reliability, performance, and codebase integrity.
Review code and mentor other developers on your team.
Raise the bar on tooling, testing, and delivery practices.
Take on-call rotation as part of the role.

Requirements

4+ years of professional experience building full-stack web or mobile products.
Deep hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
Experience with mobile-first, responsive, iterative development.
A track record of writing maintainable, testable code.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort making progress on a problem before the spec is fully settled.
Day-to-day use of AI tools in your development workflow.
