About the Role

Propark Mobility is hiring Valet Attendants for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately. The role involves greeting guests, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, explaining parking rates, and inspecting vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully greet guests and thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain company uniform appearance.
• Resolve issues.
• Be outside and active most of the day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
• Must be energetic and outgoing.
• Must be able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs if needed.
• Must be a great communicator in both written and spoken language.
• Must have a friendly, professional approach to everyone.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
• Must have a valid driver's license (at least 2 years).
• Must be able to drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission.
