About the Role

Intermate is one of the largest social media and influencer agencies in the DACH region. As part of SAMY, a global agency network, we offer international perspectives and opportunities for development across borders.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage all hardware equipment, including MacBooks, iPads, iPhones, monitors, and peripherals.
• Maintain an inventory and manage the device and stock database, including assignment to employees.
• Unpack, set up, and equip devices during onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage cabling and maintain order in the office, including structured wiring at workstations, meeting rooms, and network cabinets.
• Serve as the first point of contact for basic hardware inquiries from employees, escalating complex issues to the IT team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree, preferably in IT, technology, or a related field.
• Interest in Apple devices (MacBooks, iPads, iPhones) and technical equipment.
• Meticulous, structured, and independent work style.
• Manual dexterity and enjoyment of practical, hands-on work.
• Willingness to work on-site at the office at least 2-3 days per week.
