About the Role
As our new Senior Manager, you will act as the operational bridge between Valuation Advisory Services (VAS), Product, and Engineering, translating business priorities into clear requirements and ensuring they move through the delivery lifecycle with structure, visibility, and momentum. You will bring discipline to intake, backlog management, governance, delivery tracking, testing, and release readiness while partnering closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, and Product Managers. You will help establish a scalable, repeatable operating model for how VAS identifies, prioritizes, and delivers new capabilities through the ARGUS Intelligence platform, reducing reliance on individual knowledge and creating greater transparency and consistency across the process.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into actionable requirements, working with VAS business leaders, subject matter experts, and the VAS Product Council.
- Maintain a consistent intake process and a reliable source of truth for documented priorities.
- Partner closely with Product Managers to maintain and refine the product backlog, supporting prioritization and identifying dependencies.
- Ensure requirements are ready for sprint planning and delivery, connecting business priorities with solution discussions, timelines, and feedback.
- Facilitate governance meetings, working sessions, prioritization forums, and sprint demos to ensure structure and accountability.
- Ensure decisions, actions, risks, dependencies, and blockers are visible, documented, and followed through to resolution.
- Track progress across VAS, Product, Engineering, and other teams, proactively identifying issues and escalating blockers.
- Coordinate testing and UAT, prepare business users for new capabilities, and capture post-release feedback.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate how VAS operates, turning individual knowledge and practices into repeatable processes.
- Document requirements, decisions, delivery outcomes, and lessons learned to continuously improve the capability delivery process.

- Ability to maintain alignment across business, Product, Engineering, and other teams.
- Ability to turn business needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, or implementation plans.
- Experience working with backlogs and supporting activities such as prioritization, sprint planning, demos, UAT, testing, and release readiness.
- Ability to work effectively with business leaders, subject matter experts, Product Managers, and technical teams, translating across different perspectives.
- Ability to keep everyone aligned on priorities, decisions, and next steps.
- Confidence in engaging senior stakeholders, asking thoughtful questions, challenging assumptions, and balancing competing demands.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, risks, decisions, and dependencies.
- Ability to maintain clear documentation and ensure commitments are followed through.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
- Curiosity and resourcefulness with judgment to understand the business problem behind a request.
