About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will create personalized shopping experiences for customers, drive brand loyalty, and operate as part of a dynamic team to achieve business goals. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product knowledge, and contributing to the store's overall success.

• Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude.
• Promote the store and brand image.
• Adhere to the dress code.
• Provide exceptional customer service to in-store and phone customers.
• Operate the cash register.
• Handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily.
• Ensure products are stocked and available.
• Merchandise products according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized back-stock area.
• Maintain a clean and organized employee break area.
• Practice safety-consciousness.
• Respond to theft in accordance with policies.
• Report to work on time.
• Notify Store Manager in advance if late or absent.

Requirements

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Flexibility of schedule and hours to meet business needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools and applications.
• Valid driver’s license.
