About the Role
The Partner Success Facilitator is responsible for driving the day-to-day delivery and momentum of a high-volume portfolio of Live Nation brand partnerships, ensuring that agreed partnership plans are executed efficiently, consistently and to a high standard. This role turns strategic direction into clear actions, timelines, and deliverables, acting as the key day-to-day point of contact for progress, updates, and delivery. The role focuses on making partnership execution easy by guiding partners through processes, helping them navigate complexities, anticipating needs, and ensuring projects move forward. The Partner Success Facilitator will identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve ways of working, and develop a strong understanding of each partner's objectives to identify potential growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day delivery and momentum of brand partnerships.
- Ensure agreed partnership plans are executed efficiently, consistently, and to a high standard.
- Translate strategic direction and partnership plans into clear actions, timelines, and deliverables.
- Act as the key day-to-day point of contact for progress, updates, and delivery for up to 20 partners.
- Guide partners through Live Nation’s processes and help them navigate the complexities of delivering across festivals and live events.
- Anticipate needs and ensure projects continue to move forward.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve ways of working.
- Develop a strong understanding of each partner's objectives and activity.
- Identify potential opportunities for growth, additional rights, or expanded activity.
- Feed opportunities back to the Head of Account Management for growth and upsell strategies.
- Manage a wide portfolio of varied clients on a day-to-day basis.
- Aid partners with taking a plan into execution, ensuring actions are progressing and deadlines are met.
- Provide clear status updates to the partner and Head of Account Management.
- Manage partner expectations effectively and raise potential challenges early.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key Live Nation teams to ensure desired program delivery and results for clients.
- Develop understanding of client’s business and identify opportunities for business and/or brand growth.
- Collaborate and work in a team environment.
Requirements
- Experience at a rights holder (entertainment or sport).
- Proven success at managing partnerships.
- Superior organization skills including managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Budget planning and confidence with reporting.
- Having a growth-mindset.
- Proven ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
- Proactive and solutions orientated.
- Detail orientated, prepared and focused.
