About the Role

Responsibilities
- Conduct internal training sessions on opticianry.
- Advise customers and support colleagues on opticianry matters.
- Perform refractions and ensure standardized refraction procedures within the team.
- Manage all technical equipment and support store management with technical expertise.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in refraction and/or contact lens fitting.
- Completed training as an Optician Master (m/f/d).
- Excellent communication skills and positive energy to inspire customers.
- Team player with a collaborative approach to achieving company goals.
