About the Role

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate for their Syracuse, NY location. The ideal candidate will effectively and efficiently deliver HVAC products to technicians in the field and assist in the warehouse between deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Loading delivery vehicles with parts scheduled for delivery and completing efficient deliveries and pick-up routes.
• Ensuring product is delivered to correct addresses, obtaining signatures and proof of receipt when necessary.
• Picking up products along the scheduled route, including items to be returned, company orders, and other items as requested.
• Maintaining basic records of truck mileage and deliveries made.
• Ensuring delivery vehicle receives basic service according to maintenance schedule and reporting larger service needs and mechanical issues to supervisor.
• Assisting in general warehouse duties when delivery routes are completed.
• Traveling as business dictates and accommodating a flexible schedule to meet workload needs.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card for driving larger vehicles (no CDL required)
