About the Role

CLEAR is seeking a Business Development Representative to expand its Healthcare business by generating pipeline and creating qualified opportunities with healthcare organizations and prospective partners. This role involves introducing healthcare leaders to CLEAR’s identity solutions to make healthcare experiences safer and easier.

Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline generation across inbound and outbound channels, consistently creating high-quality opportunities for CLEAR’s Healthcare business
  • Prospect and engage healthcare decision-makers through strategic, personalized outreach across email, phone, social selling, and other channels
  • Understand prospective customers, their needs, their challenges, and the healthcare landscape to clearly articulate how CLEAR’s identity solutions can create value
  • Partner closely with Sales and Account Executives to qualify prospects, uncover opportunities, and build pipeline that converts into revenue
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product to sharpen messaging and go-to-market strategies, using data and insights to continuously improve outreach, conversion, and efficiency

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in CLEAR’s identity solutions, target customers, and the healthcare landscape
  • Building relationships through excellent written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and communicate a compelling value proposition
  • Taking ownership of your goals with a self-starter mindset, persistence, curiosity, and a bias for action in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Using data and a process-oriented approach to understand performance, identify opportunities, and continuously improve prospecting and outbound strategies
  • Leveraging sales technologies such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research prospects, personalize outreach, and build pipeline effectively
  • Embracing AI and emerging technologies thoughtfully to strengthen prospect research, personalize outreach, identify opportunities, and improve productivity while maintaining a high bar for quality and judgment
