About the Role
Deliver superior service to Card Members visiting the American Express Centurion Lounge at JFK International Airport. Act as a brand ambassador, providing travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services. Tailor products and services to meet Card Members' immediate needs and deepen their relationship with American Express.
Responsibilities

- Act as the face of American Express and an ambassador of the brand.
