About the Role

We are seeking an Analytics Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of our marketing measurement framework. This role offers the opportunity to significantly influence the impact of global marketing investments and guide a team of analysts in building and maintaining our measurement systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and implementation of our triangle of measurement, including marketing attribution models, experimentation, and Marketing Mix Models.
  • Collaborate with marketing channels, data science, data engineering, and other cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs in measurement products.
  • Manage and develop a team of two analysts, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality, outcome-oriented output.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the measurement product, identifying new opportunities and solutions.
  • Leverage AI tools to optimize and scale processes and provide deep-dives.
  • Define processes for marketing channel optimization based on available measurement solutions.
  • Own the end-to-end technical build of new attribution model features using dbt, SQL, and Python.
  • Generate insights and provide strategic recommendations for marketing channel and spend optimization.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the entire measurement framework.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, or other relevant fields.
  • 4+ years of experience in a marketing analytics or data science role.
  • Leadership/management experience is advantageous but not required; this role is an opportunity to step into a leadership position.
  • Proficiency in SQL, advanced in Python, and experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Lightdash).
  • Experience building and deploying data pipelines and models is essential.
  • Very strong, hands-on knowledge of marketing attribution models, including methodologies, use cases, limitations, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Mix Models and experimentation.
  • Proven ability to strategically improve analytical products to drive business value.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Deep understanding of marketing channels, campaign tracking, and the role of MMPs in mobile marketing.
