About the Role

As a Dispatcher, you will be the primary communication link between branch staff, drivers, and customers, ensuring operations run smoothly and clients receive the equipment they need. This role demands accuracy, adaptability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize runs for drivers efficiently.
• Contact customers to provide updates on order deliveries.
• Create transfers, pickup tickets, and contracts as necessary.
• Work as a team to provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain positive internal and external relations with a positive attitude.
• Perform assigned tasks with attention to detail and organize all documentation within Systematics.
• Work effectively within a team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Experience with Systematics is an asset.
• Dispatching experience or experience in a related role (e.g., driving, delivering heavy equipment).
• Familiarity with construction equipment and building products is an asset.
• High attention to detail with excellent paperwork and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain positive internal and external relationships.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Self-starter with keen time-management and effective planning skills.
• Flexibility to work after hours, varying shifts, and participate in on-call schedules as required.
