About the Role
As a Vendor Management Data Specialist, you will support strong partnerships across our national vendor network by ensuring peak performance. You will monitor and report key performance metrics, analyze trends, and maintain strong relationships, contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in task-oriented work with deadline-driven deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor vendor performance across all states.
- Capture, track, and analyze monthly data metrics for the entire vendor network.
- Brainstorm efficient and accurate methods for capturing performance metrics.
- Identify and escalate performance concerns, observing vendors struggling to meet SLAs.
- Collaborate with management to implement vendor improvement plans.
- Contribute to process improvements by recommending data-driven insights to enhance vendor operations and customer outcomes.
- Share vendor feedback and actionable insights with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Data Analytics, vendor management support, or operations support experience.
- Detail-oriented with consistent accuracy, organization, and verification of data.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft products, especially Excel.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and tone.
- Proactive mindset with a drive for improving processes and fostering relationships.
