About the Role

This role is responsible for increasing partner performance by driving learning and development activity, delivering training and support to our varied client base. You will use data to identify under-performance and deliver off the shelf and tailored training for soft skills as well as the use of PCL technology tools and services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your own diary to obtain appointments and agree training schedules with partners.
  • Travel within the region to visit partners 3-4 times per week.
  • Design and deliver 1-1 and group training workshops (in-person and online), ensuring that all material are compliance and checked by SME’s regularly.
  • Review existing training programmes for quality.
  • Produce monthly reporting including ROI.
  • Manage, implement and track training roll-outs.
  • Act as an ambassador for the business, developing relationships with our partners.
  • Attend partner networking events.

Requirements

  • Must reside in the UK from the start date of this role.
  • Must provide internet speed at the application stage to ensure efficient work from home.
  • Must prove eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Have a training background.
  • Able to work collaboratively with all parts of the business.
  • Diary management and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple training plans, projects and daily duties at the same time.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills with the ability to manage key stakeholders and facilitate a wide variety of audiences.
