About the Role

Intermate is one of the largest social media and influencer agencies in the DACH region, part of the global SAMY network. We develop social-first strategies, produce content in our own studios, collaborate with creators, and manage campaigns data-drivenly using our own technology. Our clients include some of the world's most renowned brands across lifestyle, FMCG, and tech.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including controlling and checking deadlines, costs, and quality.
• Coordinate and manage all involved stakeholders, from influencers and clients to creative, production, and paid social teams.
• Collaborate with the creative team on the development of campaign concepts.
• Oversee and plan photo and video productions.
• Create campaign analyses, client presentations, and reports for influencer and social media campaigns.
• Actively advise clients and continuously develop collaborations.

Requirements

• At least four years of professional experience in marketing.
• Strong passion for social media and relevant experience in influencer marketing.
• Experience with major clients and large campaign budgets.
• Excellent consulting and moderation skills.
• Hands-on approach and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken.
