About the Role

Intermate is one of the largest social media and influencer agencies in the DACH region, part of the global SAMY network. We develop social-first strategies, produce content in our own studios, collaborate with creators, and manage campaigns data-drivenly using our own technology. Our clients include some of the world's most renowned brands across lifestyle, FMCG, and tech. Responsibilities

Organization and support of the entire hardware equipment (MacBooks, iPads, iPhones, monitors, peripherals)
Inventory and maintenance of the device and inventory database, including assignment to employees
Unpacking, setting up, and equipping devices during onboarding and offboarding
Cable management and order in the office: structured cabling at workstations, meeting rooms, and in the network cabinet
First point of contact for simple hardware requests from employees, with escalation of more complex issues to the IT team

Requirements

Ongoing studies, ideally with a focus on IT, technology, or a comparable field
Interest in Apple devices (MacBooks, iPads, iPhones) and technical equipment
Careful, structured, and independent way of working
Manual dexterity and enjoyment of practical, physical work
Willingness to work on-site at the office at least 2-3 days per week (Berlin)
