About the Role
This role owns the location onboarding outcome for NexHealth's largest customers, managing multi-month migrations that span multiple teams and thousands of practices. You will build and execute migration plans, establish clear ownership, and ensure customers are capable of onboarding locations flawlessly and at volume.
Responsibilities
- Own the location onboarding number, with the primary metric being locations successfully live and billing.
- Run enterprise migrations end to end, building and owning the migration plan including scope, sequencing, ownership, milestones, and dependencies.
- Establish clear ownership on every program with a written plan naming responsibilities for each step.
- Train the trainer by building the capability for customers to onboard correctly, including process, materials, certification, and escalation paths.
- Set and defend a joint throughput target for locations provisioned, installed, and live per week.
- Activate new developers by moving them from first integration to first production location quickly.
- Convert pilots into production customers by owning the operational path from pilot to live locations.
- Build the onboarding plan for each customer, detailing who does what, in what order, by when, and how success is measured.
- Build the enablement layer, including runbooks, install guides, troubleshooting trees, and training sessions for customer field teams.
- Manage migration schedules at volume, tracking thousands of locations across multiple programs.
- Run the weekly customer cadence with structured working sessions covering progress, risks, and decisions.
- Drive technical questions to resolution, identifying schedule impacts and routing them to the right internal owner.
- Define phase gates with entry and exit criteria for migration cohorts.
- Escalate schedule risk early and specifically, providing the issue, impact, and ask.
- Coordinate across Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Account Management, Support, and Sales.
- Turn each migration into a repeatable process using templates, checklists, standard timelines, and playbooks.
- Report accurately on onboarding pipeline, live locations, and revenue realization.
Requirements

- Experience authoring an implementation plan jointly with a customer, including negotiating the ownership split and holding both sides accountable.
- Experience building enablement for a customer or partner team (documentation, training, certification).
- Technical fluency with APIs and integration workflows.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs, adapting communication for different audiences.
- Sound judgment about what counts as done, measuring working integrations.
- A habit of raising risk early and being specific about what's needed to resolve it.
