About the Role
We are seeking an Account Supervisor with expertise in pharmaceutical and healthcare advertising to support a leading pharmaceutical client. The role focuses on managing day-to-day account operations, creative asset management, and campaign execution for oncology products within the U.S. market.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate strategically and creatively with internal teams including Creative, Planning, and Production.
- Lead secondary campaign deliverables independently with selective senior oversight.
- Serve as a champion for brand and product knowledge.
- Monitor and report on the competitive landscape, marketplace trends, and industry news.
- Ensure creative work adheres to brand standards and strategic goals.
- Lead weekly status meetings with internal teams and clients.
- Develop and deliver tactical briefs and post-campaign reports.
- Collaborate with integration partners on creative production.
- Manage and oversee assigned project budgets.
- Provide consultation and cooperation to agency and client partners.
Requirements
- 6+ years of agency account management experience.
- In-depth understanding of U.S. pharmaceutical marketing and industry standards.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory processes and guidelines for healthcare communications.
- Proven experience with both DTC and HCP campaigns.
- Oncology experience supporting brands, products, or therapeutic area initiatives.
- Ability to manage processes and teams with selective senior oversight.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to function in lead and support roles.
- Creative, conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and with strict deadlines.
