About the Role
As an Assistant Product Manager at Endura, you will support the creation, planning, and delivery of seasonal product ranges. This role offers hands-on experience in product management within a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment, working closely with various teams to ensure products meet consumer needs, brand positioning, and commercial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Assist with building seasonal product ranges in line with brand and commercial strategies.
- Support the creation of product briefs, range maps, and assortment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information across PLM and internal systems.
- Support sample management, costing inputs, and key milestone tracking.
- Work closely with Design, Development, and Sourcing teams to ensure product briefs are delivered accurately and on time.
- Support communication with internal teams on range status, risks, and updates.
- Contribute to category research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis.
- Help translate insights and findings into opportunities for product improvements.
- Assist with product launch materials, handover packs, and internal presentations.
- Support post-season analysis, reviewing product performance and consumer feedback.
Requirements
- Some experience in product management, merchandising, buying, or product development (placements welcome).
- Strong organisational and data management skills with high attention to detail.
- Passion for products, trends, and consumer behaviour—ideally within apparel, footwear, or accessories.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an interest in learning PLM systems.
