About the Role

With three years of consistent 2x year-on-year growth and plans to do it again, you’ll play a key role in our continued success. As a Senior SDR, you’ll master modern sales techniques, engage with prospects across multiple channels, and contribute to the growth of a cutting-edge tech company. Whether you’re starting your career or looking to take your sales skills to the next level, this role will set you up for success.
Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential customers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and video messaging.
- Deliver compelling messages that capture attention and communicate Zinc’s value proposition effectively.
- Use data to analyse outreach, refine approach, and improve performance.
- Generate, nurture, and qualify leads for the Account Executive team.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximise opportunities.
- Embrace coaching and feedback to refine techniques and hit individual and team targets.
Requirements
- 12 months or more experience in sales or tech.
- Solution-oriented, thrive on challenges, and take ownership of success.
- Eager to learn, grow, and push through tough days with resilience and determination.
- Can quickly capture attention through cold calls, emails, and video outreach.
- Enjoy using data to drive decisions and keep efforts focused.
- Value collaboration and contribute positively to a supportive team culture.
