About the Role
As the Wireless Industry Solution Expert, you will be the strategic technical leader interfacing between wireless customers and Keysight’s internal organizations. You will drive business growth through executive engagement, customer advocacy, market insight, and cross-solution orchestration. This is a high-impact role that combines domain expertise, business acumen, and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with top accounts.
- Uncover and advance opportunities by coordinating with internal teams.
- Co-lead deal structure, pipeline clarity, and deal progression with Sales leaders.
- Monitor bookings and revenue performance, escalating as needed.
- Drive market share gains by integrating multi-domain Keysight solutions.
- Co-develop multi-year account plans with the Sales team.
- Iterate and refine account engagement models.
- Gather, analyze, and report on Japan and global wireless market trends.
- Provide market insights to internal teams.
- Drive Keysight participation in wireless technical forums.
- Initiate and lead engagements to validate and adopt new solutions.
- Understand customer priorities and articulate tailored solutions.
- Map the wireless ecosystem and build relationships.
- Synthesize field feedback into market strategies and business cases.
- Prioritize growth opportunities and align internal resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years in the wireless / communications / test & measurement industry.
- Substantial customer-facing and technical leadership experience.
- Strong track record of technical sales, solution consulting, or application engineering at a senior level.
- Deep domain knowledge of wireless technologies (e.g. RF measurements, 4G, 5G, mmWave, sub-6, protocols, radio channel modeling, calibration, OTA, etc.).
- Experience in market research, competitive analysis, standardization, or technology strategy preferred.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills at executive levels.
- Ability to travel within Japan and internationally as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and ability to work in ambiguity.
