About the Role

Provides investment/asset management services for Specialty Wealth Assets, functioning as an asset and investment manager. This includes overseeing property operations, managing transactions, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role supports the relationship team by providing asset-level expertise and coordinating communication with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provides asset/investment management services for assigned Specialty Wealth assets within investment guidelines and regulatory framework.
  • Manages portfolios while mitigating risk and adhering to company policies.
  • Completes all regulatory and internal requirements for assigned assets, including annual reviews, inspections, and valuations.
  • Oversees asset-level operations, including performance, income collection, and expense payment.
  • Recommends and implements strategies for Specialty Wealth assets aligned with client objectives.
  • Facilitates transactions and projects for Specialty Wealth assets, such as acquisitions, dispositions, and leases.
  • Collaborates with relationship teams, clients, and external partners to facilitate asset-level activities.
  • Coordinates and communicates specialty wealth asset activities with Trust Officers and relationship managers.
  • Participates in meetings and presentations to promote product and service awareness.
  • Maintains a satisfactory internal and external audit review.
  • Complies with policies to identify and resolve environmental and ADA compliance issues.

Requirements

  • 7 years of property/asset management (residential/commercial) experience.
  • 7 years of experience in analyzing industry investments, including operating statements, market data, offering memorandums, and third-party reports.
  • Proven communication, analytical, negotiating, and sales skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
  • Proven ability to work in a multi-task environment with oversight.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Fiduciary experience is a plus.
  • Professional Credentials such as CPM, CCIM or other relevant designations are preferred.
