About the Role
The HR Analytics team, within KPMG's HR Digital Enablement & Analytics Centre of Excellence, provides talent-related insights to enable better talent decisions and stronger business outcomes. This role supports the transformation of HR service delivery through advanced analytics, automation, data storytelling, and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of KPMG's HR Analytics strategy, translating workforce data into actionable insights.
- Partner with HR and business leaders as a trusted advisor to shape workforce questions and influence strategic decisions.
- Deliver compelling workforce insights and executive reporting, connecting HR KPIs and trends to business impact.
- Oversee the development of HR dashboards, analytics solutions, and data visualizations.
- Support advanced analytics and predictive modeling to anticipate workforce trends.
- Support HR data governance and data management practices.
- Collaborate with HR Technology, Enterprise Analytics, ITS, and business stakeholders to strengthen data ecosystems.
- Contribute to the evolution of the HR Analytics operating model.
- Implement innovative, scalable solutions to improve efficiency and advance HR's analytics maturity.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing HR Analytics team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Information Management, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related analytics discipline.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leading analytics initiatives.
- Proven ability to translate complex workforce data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong expertise in analytics, data modeling, statistical analysis, and predictive insights.
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization and storytelling.
- Demonstrated experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple structured and unstructured sources.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience leading analytics teams, managing priorities, and coaching team members.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Bilingualism (English/French) and experience working with HR systems and data are considered strong assets.
- Written and oral fluency in English is required.
- May be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking colleagues or stakeholders.
- May be required to create, interpret and/or apply policies, practices, laws and/or regulations.
