About the Role
Provide hands-on support while helping individuals live active, meaningful lives. Key responsibilities include providing daily support and supervision to adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities, assisting with personal care and promoting independence in daily living skills, transporting individuals to community outings, appointments, and recreational activities, planning and participating in engaging activities, supporting community involvement, and maintaining accurate daily documentation using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Work collaboratively with team members to create a safe, positive, and engaging environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily support and supervision to adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities
- Assist with personal care and promote independence in daily living skills
- Transport individuals to community outings, appointments, and recreational activities
- Plan and participate in engaging activities such as arts & crafts, cooking, games, and outings
- Support community involvement through volunteering, shopping trips, and social events
- Maintain accurate daily documentation using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a safe, positive, and engaging environment
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- A verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
- A valid New Jersey auto driver's license with less than 5 points; probationary not accepted

- Ability to be flexible, patient, and creative

- Tuesday to Saturday: 11pm to 7am
